Terms of service

1. Who we are

mirror.ams (mirror-studios.com) is a self-photo studio at Tweede Hugo de Grootstraat 37H, Amsterdam. Contact: team@mirror-studios.com. These terms apply to every booking, gift card and offer bought through mirror-studios.com.

2. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed once payment is completed online. When you pick a time we hold it for 10 minutes; if payment isn't completed in that time, the slot is released.

All prices are in euros and include VAT. The price shown in the payment form is the price you pay.

3. Rescheduling, cancellation and no-shows

You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your session. Within 24 hours, or if you don't show up, the session is considered used and is not refunded.

If you arrive late, your session still ends at the booked time.

4. Group size

A standard booking is for up to 6 people. For larger groups or events, contact us via @mirror.ams on Instagram or team@mirror-studios.com.

5. Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for 24 months from purchase and are good for one session. They cannot be exchanged for cash. Physical gift cards are shipped within the Netherlands only.

6. Your photos and privacy

Nobody from our team watches your session or reviews your photos. Your edited photos are delivered automatically by email, normally within 24 hours. You own your photos and may use them as you like.

We only use your personal details to handle your booking and, if you agree, to send you updates. See our cookie settings for tracking choices.

7. Using the studio

Please treat the studio and equipment with care. Damage caused by misuse may be charged to the person who made the booking. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

8. Liability

We are not liable for loss of personal belongings or for indirect damage. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking, except where Dutch law does not allow this.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are handled by the competent court in Amsterdam.
